Return and Refund Policy

We value your business and want you to be satisfied. This policy covers returns and refunds for all Olalla Consulting products and services.

Custom formulation samples, prototypes, or product submissions shipped as part of our consulting work are non-returnable, however we can send replicates:

  •   They arrive damaged or defective, and

  •   You notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

  •   If eligible, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.

  •   To initiate a claim, email contact@olallaconsulting with your order number, description of the issue, and images.

Consulting services purchased as a Physical product (including formulation development and testing) are non-refundable once work has commenced. However:

              If you cancel before a project begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative or planning time already invested.

              For prepaid packages, unused sessions may be refunded if canceled within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Digital Products:

  • All digital downloads are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.​​

​

Services:

  • Services are non-refundable once initiated.

  • If canceled before the start of a project, a partial refund may be issued.
